Finblok is a holding company and licensed Financial Services Provider. Financial services, vehicle finance, and digital asset activities all carry inherent risk. Nothing on this website, or in general marketing material published by Finblok or its operating businesses, constitutes personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. 3. Vehicle finance & rental risk

Fixed-term vehicle finance and rental plans involve contractual and asset risk. • Digital assets are not legal tender in South Africa and are not backed by any government or central bank.
• Trading and holding digital assets carries technology, custody, counterparty, and liquidity risk in addition to market risk.
• Regulatory treatment of digital assets in South Africa and other jurisdictions continues to evolve and may affect access to, or the value of, digital asset services.
• You should only trade or invest in digital assets with funds you can afford to lose, and seek independent advice if you are uncertain.

5. Jurisdiction

Finblok and its operating businesses are established and regulated in South Africa. Services described on this website are intended for use in South Africa unless stated otherwise, and may not be available, or may be subject to additional restrictions, in other jurisdictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finblok, its directors, and its operating businesses accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website.
